Betty Brooks McCollum—affectionately known as “Beba”—is the heart and soul of the One World team. In her role as Director of Impressions, Betty masters the vital art of public relations through genuine human connection. Rather than managing standard front-facing duties, she anchors our community care—thoughtfully sending out birthday cards, celebratory baby gifts, and gentle words of comfort during times of loss. Though she claims to be retired for the second time around, her boundless energy keeps her deeply engaged in making everyone feel seen and valued.

Betty is a self-described social butterfly who loves the Lord, teaches the Word of God, and possesses a profound heart for giving. She is a movie buff, a passionate Cardinals fan, and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Betty also serves as a Kiwanis member and a dedicated Key Club advisor—and no, she doesn’t still have kids or grandkids in school; she simply loves mentoring the next generation.
