A practitioner of Pilates, a woman of faith and an adventure junkie who lives to travel, Jeri Brooks was born and raised in the Prairie State, but Texas is home now. She maintains a commitment to ethics and inclusion that is evident in everything from the name she chose for the firm she founded and leads to the staff she hires to the fire she brings to the table for every client.

With more than two decades of experience, Jeri can see the forest for the trees and build the path you need to get to the other side. Her effervescent personality, strategic mind, and practical problem solving have placed her in good stead withstakeholder groups and key elected officials at every level of government. She is an impactful partner with the big public policy wins and recognition by her colleagues to prove it. Her reputation for strategic problem solving and powerful execution has positioned her as a Top 100 state-ranked lobbyist as lauded by the 2015, 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025 Capitol Insider’s Texas Lobby Power Rankings. She was named a 2021 Top lobbyist by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics.

Jeri lives for a higher purpose. That means giving back to the community that has given her so much. She volunteers her time and expertise to numerous nonprofit, civic, and professional groups, including serving as Chairperson of the City of Houston Permit Center Advisory Board, Vice Chairperson of the Rebuild Houston Advisory Committee, Chairwoman of the Advocacy and Policy Committee for the Greater Houston Black Chamber, member of the Big Brother Big Sister Lone Star, Emancipation Economic Development Corporation (EEDC), TXRX, Labs and Sam Houston Area Boy Scouts Board of Directors.
