She has also spent time “in the field” with local NGOs in countries around the world, connecting with ambitious and loving parents, teachers, and children living in harsh conditions. Any time a 1990s song comes on the speaker system at the grocery store, she automatically starts singing along, oblivious to the other shoppers’ reactions.

Known for being a Swiss army knife when it comes to helping companies achieve their public policy goals, Monisha brings her analytical mind to the One World team. As an electrical engineer, she loves the intersection between innovative technologies and public policy. She enjoys being in the weeds of legislation, transcripts from committee hearings, and regulations. “The motherboard of democracy!” Monisha and her brother are celebrating 10 years of their firm, Lotus Advisory Ltd. She has a reputation for a plug-and-play style when joining a client’s team. She has had a broad range of experiences from telecommunications to the U.S. Senate to higher education, Monisha is able to engage on issues facing a wide range of industries.
