Sam Johnson is a government affairs professional with more than six years of experience in Texas government and politics. He helps One World clients navigate the legislative process, assess regulatory and political risk, and translate developments at the Capitol into clear, actionable strategy.

Sam’s experience spans both chambers of the Texas Legislature, the House Appropriations Committee, and a leading Texas public policy organization. He has also served as a Legislative Director in the Texas House and managed a statewide campaign, giving him a practical understanding of how policy, politics, messaging, and stakeholder interests intersect.

At One World, Sam supports legislative strategy, policy analysis, appropriations, regulatory monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. His ability to distill complex issues allows clients to understand not only what is happening in Austin, but why it matters and how they should respond.
